glad is an acronym that can change lives. Focusing our energy and memories on positive experiences can change our perspective.

Our challenge to you: Start recording in your glad journal every day. Write down something from the day for which you are grateful, something that you learned, one thing that you appreciated, and something that delighted your soul.

It’s too often that we can remember our negative experiences. After several days and several weeks of recording in your glad journal, you will notice that your energy is focusing more on the positive things in your life.

Look back to a certain date and remember who you were that day. Search for a keyword in your journal and find all your own references to that word or name.
